The Dr. Franco J. Vaccarino President's Scholarship is the University of Guelph's most prestigious undergraduate entrance award for international students. Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must: - Be an international (VISA) student entering the first semester of any undergraduate degree program at the University of Guelph - Have submitted an application for admission and possess a valid University of Guelph student ID number - Have not previously attended any post-secondary institution - Have an admission average equivalent to at least 90.0% on the Canadian curriculum - Demonstrate significant leadership contributions to their school and community - Show innovative and unique approaches to implementing change or improving life, with strong potential as future leaders Note: Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada are not eligible, regardless of their current country of residence or international school credentials.
