1. The Zinjet platform

Zinjet (zinjet.com) is a study-abroad product of Careerworkflux Ltd (trading as Zinjet). It helps students discover programmes, schools, and scholarships, estimate costs, and manage applications with guidance from Zinjet agents. Core capabilities may include:

• Programme, school, and scholarship catalogue listings
• Study profile and document checklists
• Application fee payments where listed
• Status updates and agent-assisted application steps
• Cost and visa information for planning (not legal advice)

We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where feasible.

2. Eligibility and accounts

To register on Zinjet you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or have a legal guardian manage the account if under 18 where permitted)
• Provide a valid email and accurate profile information
• Not have been banned for a prior Terms violation

You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account. Notify us at support@zinjet.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Student and applicant obligations

You agree to:

• Provide truthful education, identity, and document information
• Submit only genuine applications for pathways you intend to pursue
• Not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person
• Keep documents current and respond to agent requests in a timely way
• Comply with school, immigration, and payment rules for destinations you choose

4. Partner schools and third parties

Zinjet lists programmes and schools from partner data and third-party catalogues. School policies, tuition, intakes, and visa rules can change. Final admission, fees, and visa decisions rest with schools and governments — not Zinjet.

By applying through Zinjet, you authorise us to share necessary application materials with the partner school or intake partner for that application.

5. Fees and payments

• Application or service fees shown on Zinjet are collected as stated at checkout
• Payments are processed by Paystack and subject to their terms
• School tuition and deposits are typically paid to the school, not to Zinjet, unless clearly stated
• Refunds follow the fee policy shown at payment time and any applicable consumer law

6. Cost, visa, and guidance content

Cost estimates, COL bands, and visa summaries on Zinjet are for planning only. They are not legal, immigration, or financial advice. Confirm with your Zinjet agent, the school, and official government sources before you pay or travel.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Submitting forged documents or false academic claims
• Scraping or data-mining the platform without written consent
• Using bots to create accounts or spam applications
• Harassing staff, agents, or other users
• Attempting to bypass security or payment controls
• Using Zinjet in violation of applicable law

8. Intellectual property

Careerworkflux Ltd owns the Zinjet platform software, design, and Zinjet-authored content. You may not copy or redistribute our materials without permission.

Documents and content you upload remain yours. You grant Careerworkflux Ltd (trading as Zinjet) a licence to store, process, and share them as needed to deliver the services you request. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to legal retention needs.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Zinjet is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that:

• Catalogue data is always complete or current
• You will be admitted to any school or granted any visa
• The site will be uninterrupted or error-free

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Careerworkflux Ltd's total liability for claims arising from use of Zinjet shall not exceed the fees you paid for Zinjet services in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or risk to other users. Where practical we will notify you; serious fraud may result in immediate action.

You may close your account from settings or by contacting support. Cancel open payments before deletion where required.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Zinjet evolves. Material changes will be emailed to registered users where feasible. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Disputes should first go to good-faith negotiation for 30 days, then to courts of competent jurisdiction in Lagos, Nigeria, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
