Careerworkflux Ltd (“Careerworkflux”, “we”, “us”) operates zinjet.com under the brand Zinjet (trading as Zinjet). This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect for Zinjet, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

Zinjet — Zinjet (Careerworkflux Ltd trading as Zinjet) helps students discover accredited international programs, schools, and scholarships and track applications in a dedicated study dashboard.This product surface (zinjet.com) is Zinjet, a study-abroad brand of Careerworkflux Ltd (trading as Zinjet). 1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to everyone who uses Zinjet (zinjet.com) — students and applicants who create accounts, browse programmes, schools, and scholarships, submit study applications, upload documents, or make payments, and visitors who browse without an account.

2. What data we collect

Data you give us directly

  • Name, email address, and phone number when you register or apply
  • Study profile: nationality, education history, preferred destinations, programme level, and related preferences
  • Application documents you upload (passport, transcripts, language results, SOP, proof of funds, and other checklist items)
  • Messages and notes you share with your Zinjet agent or support team
  • Billing details for application fees or related charges (processed by Paystack — we do not store card numbers)

Data we collect automatically

  • Pages visited, programmes viewed, and search or filter choices
  • Application stage events (started, paid, documents uploaded, status updates)
  • Device type, browser, and operating system (via standard HTTP headers)
  • IP address (fraud detection and rate-limiting; not used for advertising profiles)

4. Who we share your data with

Partner schools and intake partners

When you start or progress an application, we share the information and documents needed for that pathway with the relevant school or authorised intake partner. We only share what is required for the application you initiated.

Service providers (processors)

  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication
  • Paystack — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
  • Zeptomail by Zoho — transactional email delivery
  • Cloud storage / file hosts — secure storage of documents you upload
  • Analytics tools — aggregate, anonymised usage statistics where enabled

Processors may only use your data to provide services to Zinjet and not for their own marketing.

We do not sell your data

Careerworkflux Ltd (trading as Zinjet) does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing lists.

5. Data retention

  • Account & study profile: retained while your account is active
  • Applications & documents: retained for the life of the application and a reasonable period afterward for compliance and dispute handling (typically up to 2 years after final status), then deleted or anonymised
  • Billing records: retained as required by tax and payment rules
  • Server logs: typically purged within 90 days

6. Security

  • HTTPS/TLS for data in transit
  • Access controls so you can primarily access your own records
  • Email-based authentication where used; protect your inbox and device
  • Signed or time-limited links for sensitive document access where applicable

No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a breach that affects you, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Cookies and tracking

  • Essential cookies: login, session, and product routing
  • Analytics (if enabled): aggregate usage — you may limit via browser settings or Do Not Track where supported

We do not use third-party advertising retargeting pixels on Zinjet.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. On Zinjet you can:

  • Update profile details from your study dashboard
  • Request account deletion via zinjet.com/delete-account (sign in and confirm) or by emailing privacy@zinjet.com
  • Request a copy of your data by emailing privacy@zinjet.com

Email privacy@zinjet.com. We aim to respond within 72 hours and complete requests within 30 days, after verifying your identity where needed.

9. International transfers

Zinjet is used by students exploring study destinations worldwide. Your data may be processed in countries where our infrastructure or partner schools operate. We take reasonable steps to protect personal data when it moves across borders.

10. Children's privacy

Zinjet is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will delete the account.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email where feasible. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
