Program Description Students will study a wide variety of musical genres. The program’s home is in amazing School of Creative Arts, a beautifully renovated historic armouries building. Class sizes are small so the faculty can give their talent the attention it deserves. Students have the option of combining their music studies with another discipline. Creating, arranging, playing, and editing music across genres for diverse audiences and purposes Designing, staging, managing, and otherwise overseeing effective musical performances Analyzing and assessing live and recorded music for formal/technical quality of expression Explaining fundamental musical techniques to others Assessing and appreciating the respective sociocultural roles of various musicians and schools of music Appreciating the respective roles of various public and private musical organizations and stakeholders
