Program Description The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) - Greek and Roman Studies program draws on the cultural richness of the ancient world to combine academic rigour with subject matter that is both personally engaging and relevant for any field of study. Students will study periods foundational periods for these cultures—when Greeks and Romans were asking themselves profound questions. What is a citizen? A family? A god? A nation? What is beauty? What is justice? What is freedom? These questions are still important today. Students will explore the social, political, artistic and religious aspects of the ancient Mediterranean world. Courses change their content from year to year and add to the diversity of offerings.
