Red River College Polytechnic (RRC Polytech) is Manitoba’s largest institute of applied learning and research, with more than 200 full- and part-time degree, diploma and certificate options. Through hands-on learning opportunities and state-of-the-art instruction, Red River College Polytechnic prepares its students to become leaders in their fields — while also ensuring they can meet changing industry demands, and contribute to the province’s economic growth. Red River College Polytechnic is Manitoba’s polytechnic — the only institute of applied research and work-integrated learning in the province, and one of only 13 polytechnics in Canada. At RRC Polytech, they combine classroom theory with work-integrated learning, giving students access to flexible learning pathways and real-world experience. Located in Winnipeg’s city centre, the Exchange District Campus (EDC) includes many different buildings spread throughout Winnipeg’s historic Exchange District and Downtown. This campus is located within walking distance of many commercial and residential buildings. The Roblin Centre is where most of the Business, Information Technology and Creative Arts programs take place. Also located in the Exchange District Campus, the Paterson GlobalFoods Institute (PGI) is where the Culinary and Hospitality programs take place. This is also where the campus residence is located. Additionally, there is now the Manitou a bi Bii daziigae building, which is Red River College Polytechnic’s expansion of the Exchange District Campus, and the first RRC Polytech building to receive an Indigenous name. Manitou a bi Bii daziigae was previously known as the Innovation Centre project.
