Blakelock High School (TAB) is located in a mature neighborhood in beautiful southwest Oakville. It is ​proud to host approximately 1130 multicultural students. The school offers programming for grades 9 through 12. Why Thomas A. Blakelock High School Course variety: Thomas A. Blakelock offers Co-operative Education as well as a large and successful French Immersion Program, and three outstanding Specialist High Skills Majors in Arts and Culture, Energy, and Information Communication Technology. Extracurricular activities: Thomas A. Blakelock offers competitive inter-school teams as well as recreational intramural leagues in a large variety of sports, including Badminton, Baseball/Softball, Basketball, Cheerleading, Cross Country, Curling, Field Hockey, Football, Golf, Hockey, Rugby, Soccer, Swimming, Tennis, Track and Field, and Volleyball. The schools’ clubs engage students with diverse interests and enable each participant to contribute to the direction and success of each club, including ​Animal Rights, Anime, Athletic Council, Audio Visual, Band (Concert and Jazz), Black Hole (Philosophy), Choir, DECA, Duke of Edinborough Awards, Environmental, Math, Model UN, REACH​, ​Robotics, Table Tennis, Toastmasters, and Wind Ensemble.
