Program Description SUNY Oswego is excited to offer our Summer Intensive English Program (SIEP). Our six week session is designed for students seeking to improve their academic English skills amongst other learners from all over the globe. Our program has a history of success and will help you develop the skills, fluency, and confidence you need to communicate effectively in English. Our SIEP Program is designed for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as exchange students and working professionals who want to develop and improve their English language skills. At the start of the program, students will be given an institutional TOEFL, oral and a written exam to determine proficiency levels. Based upon test results, students will be placed in beginner, intermediate, or advanced level classes. SUNY Oswego is conveniently located to many exciting and historical destinations in New York State.
