The Master’s Accelerator Program is a two-semester program exclusively offered to aspirational international students. Master’s Accelerator students benefit from comprehensive support and language for discipline-specific purposes. The curriculum will include advanced writing, public speaking, and research instruction. Each course is designed to help ensure success at Auburn. The small class sizes, hands-on and interactive programs, and unique curriculum are designed to help students progress seamlessly into their master’s degree program. Master’s Accelerator students will be enrolled as full-time students during both semesters of the Master’s Accelerator Program and will earn 9 credits toward their selected degree. Computer science and software engineering are rapidly becoming the future of technology and continues to impact everyday lives. Auburn Engineering's Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering offers students the chance to study software applications ranging from personal computers to entertainment systems to life-critical applications such as medical, flight and space systems. These applications require a high degree of specialization and expertise, which is exactly how the department prepares students in this fast-paced environment.
