Program Description Students can advance their ability to assess the design and integration of complex systems. Learn managerial decision making techniques, mathematical and computer modeling, and the use of computer technology for informed and effective decision-making from professors and industry executives who share decades of real-world experience. Through a combination of cross-disciplinary instruction, and hard and soft skill development, our AACSB-accredited program will prepare students to effectively manage their career throughout their lifetime. Upon the completion of our M.B.A. program, they'll be able to: Utilize technology support systems to strengthen organizational decision processes. Conduct industry, company specific, or environmental business analysis using appropriate data and informational resources to bridge the gap between abstract theory and practice. Identify and analyze country/region-specific contemporary business issues, and establish, support, and effectively communicate strategic recommendations. In addition, as graduate of the MBA with a concentration in operations and supply chain management, students will have the skills to: Analyze the current business environment in specific companies or industries to identify opportunities for implementing decision science tools for performance improvement. Formulate analytical models which utilize decision support tools to assist management in making effective decisions spanning different functional areas. Evaluate alternatives, select the most effective solution, and develop an implementation plan to meet the goals of the management.
