The Construction Project Management (CPM) program will teach students how to plan, budget, manage, and supervise a broad range of construction projects within the residential, industrial, commercial, institutional, and civil infrastructure sectors of the construction industry. As a graduate certificate, the CPM program builds upon previous learning with a strong focus on construction law and contracts, ethical practices, human resource management, as well as planning and scheduling, estimating, quality assurance, cost control, sustainability, and accounting. IMPORTANT : COVID-19 vaccination is not required to attend St. Clair College, some of the placement sites may require students to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to be eligible to attend. St. Clair College cannot predict if a placement site will require full vaccination. If placements sites do require students to be fully vaccinated to attend their place of business, students who are not fully vaccinated cannot be provided with a placement for their program and therefore will not be able to complete their programs.
