Program Description The master of science in environmental engineering program emphasizes research-oriented courses for students to gain new skills and knowledge to meet today's industry demands and advance their career. Small classes promote interaction with the faculty and keep students up to date with the most recent technology. This is combined with research projects that offer students the opportunity to become an expert in their chosen field. International Pathway Program Students should be advised that this is the Extended 3-Semester Pathway option for this program. The Graduate International Pathway Program (IPP) offers students who are academically qualified for a degree program at Hartford with the additional support they need to enhance their English proficiency. Through this program, students will take a combination of academic and English courses which will successfully prepare them for their Master’s degree. Through the Graduate IPP, students will not only gain language, study, and cultural skills but also begin the academic coursework for their degree program. Once students have reached the required English level, they can progress to their program at the University of Hartford.
