The Direct Master’s Accelerator (Direct MAP) is a one-semester program designed specifically for international students who have an advanced level of English-language proficiency and who also want the academic, cultural and professional support to thrive in graduate program at Adelphi. As a Direct MAP student, They will earn a semester’s worth of credits towards their degree while benefiting from additional professional and research courses tailored to their needs and goals. A Master of Science in Biology from Adelphi University opens up a wide range of career paths. Some graduates go on to medical or dental school. Others participate in research doctoral programs. Many others go on to successful careers in biotechnology, public health, or environmental law.
