Developmental Services Worker graduates are trained to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities across the lifespan, helping them participate fully in their communities. The program emphasizes skills in community engagement, interpersonal communication, counseling, positive behavioural support, life skills development, mental health intervention, and pharmacology. The program includes features such as mock apartment and lab facilities, as well as work-integrated learning opportunities through partnerships with community agencies.
