Individuals with a passion for creativity, precision, and the art of baking will find the Baking and Pastry Arts program an ideal choice for launching a rewarding culinary career. Graduates of the program are equipped with the technical skills, theoretical knowledge, and hands-on experience necessary to excel in the baking and pastry industry. Through practical training in Niagara College’s state-of-the-art facilities, students learn to create a wide variety of breads, pastries, desserts, and specialty confections while developing strong business and management foundations.
