Program Description Focus on the mind of the individual and the conditions that influence behavior in New York Tech's undergraduate psychology degree program. Students explore subjects including human development, abnormal behavior, learning and thinking, and personality and assessment, and bring their studies to life through externships at local facilities and organizations. They can also participate in the Behavioral Science Club, an active community open to sociology, social work, and criminal justice majors as well as your fellow psychology students. Psi Chi, the National Honor Society for Psychology, maintains a chapter at NYIT, for which students may apply for membership as an undergraduate.
