Program Description In this course, students improve their knowledge of global markets and economic theory, and sharpen their decision making skills – an Economics degree at Nottingham Business School is a gateway to a career in financial services, and a wide range of other opportunities. Students will study the key concepts of modern economics, learning how these principles are applied by individuals, businesses and governments. Students will work with professionals and industry experts and test their knowledge in a range of real-world business environments. Economics students will have access to the unique Trading Room facility. With 12 double-screen workstations, the room gives a simulated experience of working in the fast-moving world of shares and trading. Students can access sophisticated analysis tools and data on worldwide financial markets.
