Southern Utah University is one of a very few universities that offer an ABET accredited bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology with an emphasis in Architectural/Civil Design. Students will become proficient in vital architectural engineering and civil design skills such as mechanical design, architectural design, civil design, layout and design, 3D solid modeling, parametrics, kinematics’ analysis, finite element analysis, animation analysis, rendering, rapid prototype, and other skills. Instructors meet regularly with industry leaders to fine tune courses to ensure they provide the skill sets needed for students to become top-earning professionals in the field.
