Program Description Learn how species interact with each other and their environment to form beautifully complex natural communities. Students in the Ecology track can count on “learning by doing”. Students learn about the environment by spending time in the environment. Whether classes consist of canoeing on Saint Leo’s own Lake Jovita, hiking and conducting research in nearby parks and wildlife preserves, or on the water studying marine life in Belize, faculty know how to use the outdoors as a classroom.
