Program Description The objectives of the Bachelor of Nursing with Honours are: Develop an understanding of individual responses to nursing practice and how this impacts on research. Develop the ability to critically and theoretically analyse a context or aspect of practice and apply this analysis to the research project. Conduct a modest but rigorous research project that incorporates an appropriate research design and demonstrates critical engagement with the phenomenon of interest. Contribute to a scholarly community through dialogue, debate and critique. Graduates of the Bachelor of Nursing with Honours may enter graduate/professional development programs in Australian healthcare systems. Graduates are prepared to undertake postgraduate research and activities; and gain preferential access to postgraduate courses.
