Program Description Environmental Studies merges natural and social sciences to understand the human-nature relationship. Students and researchers address sustainability in land and water management, environmental policy formulation, and improving management decisions for a healthy future. Study in a dynamic program that seeks to enhance our understanding of the natural world. Our professors monitor threatened species, engage citizens in environmental science, and collaborate with communities and Indigenous groups for better land management and policy.
