Program Description Students can develop an in-depth understanding of business strategy and how different parts of a business collaborate to become more competitive. Program Highlights: Business courses provide a mix of marketing, operations and administration—delivered over six semesters—that prepares students for a future career in management. Receive the Business General diploma (2 year) as well as the Business Administration Advanced diploma (3 year) Established pathway to a 4 year Business Degree (e.g. McMaster University) Learning outcomes: How marketing, operations and administration work together to support the goals of an organization. Build leadership capability and technical competence. How to think and act strategically. Prepare for staff and entry level management positions in a host of business careers. Fast Track allows students to complete a two-year Diploma program (non co-op) in 16 months. Students will study for the 16 months consecutively, without a summer break.
