The Academic Accelerator Program (AAP) is a balanced first-year program designed for international students with strong English-language skills. It offers additional support to complement English-taught classes, ensuring students have the necessary resources for success. Students enrolled in the Academic Accelerator Program will benefit from: Tailored support for academic and English-language needs A full year’s worth of college credits Access to courses specifically designed for international students Assistance with English vocabulary relevant to coursework A diverse mix of classes with both international and U.S. students The School of Education at Louisiana State University provides undergraduate and graduate programs in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as Educational Leadership, Research, and Counseling. These programs equip P-12 educational professionals to be reflective practitioners, effective professionals, and inquiring pedagogues. The school’s mission is to prepare knowledgeable educational leaders and scholars who are well-versed in current educational issues.
