Program Description This program consists of a pathway program offered by StudyGroup at the International Study Centre for the University of Huddersfield followed by entry into a university program offered at the University of Huddersfield. In the International Year One program, you will study courses related to your intended field of study alongside English to develop and enhance your skills as a student. Advancement into your intended program depends upon the successful completion of the pathway program. The International Foundation Year One in Engineering & Computer Science will help you establish subject knowledge and English. This program will also prepare you to join in the second year of your intended undergraduate degree at the University of Huddersfield. With smaller class sizes and additional support to help you develop your academic knowledge. The modules and subjects you study will be akin to the same content you can expect in your chosen undergraduate degree, subjects are dependent on your chosen field of study. The electronics industry is global, and makes a huge contribution to the economy, it is a crucial subject in a wide range of industries as it's at the heart of everything from manufacturing processes, to the provision of services, green technologies, and logistics management. These industries are looking to the future of engineering, and this is where you could come in. This STEM course aims to give you the underpinning skills to be at the forefront of the future of engineering and open up lots of career options within the electronic engineering industry, where you could make a difference to the world we live in. By studying this course to MEng level you'll have the chance to gain the underpinning leadership skills to manage future developments. The integrated Master’s MEng course has higher entry requirements than the BEng route. You’ll study for an extra year, with the aim of giving you a deeper understanding of your subject, and learning crucial management skills.
